A cosy newly-renovated and fully equipped spacious 3-rooms apartment ready to accommodate up to six persons. It is conveniently located in the quiet suburbs of Strasbourg with close proximity to the tram’ from where you can easily reach Strasbourg centre and its Christmas Markets. It has a large living room separated into a lounge and a dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. You will find a Queen Size double bed in the first bedroom and a standard double bed in the second, plus a two-seater convertible sofa in the living room (turns into a double bed too). You have your own free private parking space just in front of the house, but you can also park one or more other cars free of charge in the adjoining streets. There's always plenty of space. You can telework on site thanks to high-speed fiber internet (fiber 697Mb/s well above the required 50Mb/s). The apartment is great for families (the front door is just a steps up from the main entrance and there are no steps inside the apartment ), so you are welcome to come with babies and children of all ages. A baby cot and high chair are also available on site. (However, there is no protective equipment on site (plug covers, etc.)). We put some games in the apartment but we have more at home so feel free to ask for more. Welcome to you 👍😄

A quiet residential neighborhood along a lovely canal that's perfect for strolling. Located on the border of Schiltigheim and Strasbourg. A large Match supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a 2-minute drive and it takes you directly to the Pont Phario B tramway station. (You can leave your car in the supermarket parking lot and hop on the tram). The tram B takes you to Strasbourg's city center and Christmas markets (get off at the "Homme de Fer" station) and you avoid traffic jams and expensive parking in the centre of Strasbourg! You'll arrive at Place Kléber, famous for its Christmas markets and large Christmas tree. It's also surrounded by fashion boutiques, restaurants, bars and more... You will find yourself right in the heart of Strasbourg's Grand Ile (big island).
