A 21m2 living room with lounge: convertible sofa for 2 people, flat screen TV, open and equipped kitchen. You also benefit from a 16m2 equipped terrace overlooking the garden of the residence, with a magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment.
