## The space This brand new 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of Cannes. You will be behind the Carlton and the Martinez, just a few steps from the Croisette and the beaches. La rue d'Antibes (famous shopping street) is only one min walk, beaches 3 minutes walk and Palais des Festivals is 10 min walk. This nice apartment is fully equipped and can welcome up to 5 guests thanks to the double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will love it. ## Other things to note The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed. - Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets. - Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside. - Please be careful with the keys of the apartment. In case of loss we will have to change the lock.
