Welcome to my home! I am delighted to welcome you in my spacious chalet of 235 square meters, with a balcony, a garden, and a sauna, ideal for a stay in the mountains and ready to receive sixteen people. It is ideally located at the foot of the Arve river, 700m from the Grands Montets cable car, 14 min walk from the Argentiere train station and close to bars, restaurants, ski schools and ski rental services. We look forward to welcoming you ! ## Logement FAMILY CHALET WITH ALL COMFORTS : --> GARDEN --> TERRACE WITH BARBECUE ->> SAUNA --> GAMES ROOM WITH POOL TABLE AND TABLE FOOTBALL The chalet includes five bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom (+ 1 single bed in one of them) + a dormitory (5 single beds and 1 shower room)/game room (billiards, table soccer, darts) for children, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a furnished BALCONY. The accommodation is not suitable for very young children (unsecured stairs). Take advantage of the GARDEN to have snowball fights with family or friends in winter and enjoy the barbecues in summer! To make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Underground parking, Televisions, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, Iron, Hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest. The accommodation is located in the charming hamlet of Les Chosalets, at the entrance to Argentiere, 10 minutes from the center of Chamonix (bus stop serving the entire valley at the entrance to the hamlet). You will also find a ski rental service (Skimax Argentiere at 3 min) and an ESF ski school for children and adults. Bars and restaurants are nearby. For your daily shopping, you will find a Marché U and a Drive at 15 min walking distance. You will stay close to the ski slopes and cross-country ski areas as well as snowshoeing trails. Chamonix is the capital of mountaineering and has 10 ski areas, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist sites are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
