Nestled on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with communal pool, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches, port and shops. Ideal for a family (max. 4 children) or friends (max. 5 travellers). It has 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, lounge area with TV, 2 mobile air conditioners, fan, shower room, separate WC. Free visitor parking (not guaranteed), parking space and garage available at extra cost. Nearby: pétanque courts, tennis courts, footpaths, water sports and kitesurfing (15 mins from Almanarre beach).
As soon as you arrive, you'll be captivated by the exceptional view over the Giens peninsula. From its vast south-facing loggia you can savour every moment, from breakfast to sunset. 🌅
Whether you're a family with children or a group of friends, you'll appreciate the spaces designed for conviviality while retaining your privacy thanks to the two separate bedrooms.
