HostnFly offers you this charming 32 m² apartment with balcony in the Champraz 2 residence - Charpoua building (5 - 10 minutes by car from Chamonix). It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people. You'll have everything you need for a great vacation. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement This accommodation is composed of: - an entrance with a bunk bed of 90 ; - a bathroom; - a kitchen equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster ... ; - a room with a sofa bed 140/150 ; - a living room - and a mezzanine (in the living room) with a bed of 130. To note that : - The kitchen opens onto the living room as well as a balcony with a table and a full view of the Mont Blanc range. - Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. - You will have at your disposal: parking, television, iron, hair dryer, ski locker, lounge chair. - A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Assets of the accommodation : - Possibility to have lunch on the balcony (with removable table). - Quiet and well maintained residence. - A very nice walk along the Arve river allows to reach the city center of Chamonix which is only about 20 minutes away. - Bus stops are located nearby.
