The room is located on the second floor. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility or having any type of disability of mobility. Please note that dogs are no longer allowed. There is no separate entrance. Arrivals are accepted until midnight. We are exactly 12 minutes by car from the historic centre of Rouen and 15 minutes by bus. The house is located in the greenest and most pleasant suburb of Rouen. Parking is very easy and free. We created a pleasant and friendly space for you, so that you feel "at home" wherever you go. The room is located on the second floor. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility or having any type of disability. Please note that dogs are no longer allowed. There is no separate entrance. We are exactly 12 minutes by car from the historic centre of Rouen and 15 minutes by bus. The house is located in the greenest and most pleasant suburb of Rouen. Parking is very easy and free. We created a pleasant and friendly space for you, so that you feel "at home" wherever you go. You will have the whole floor to yourself with a bedroom (1 to 2 persons) and a private shower room. When the weather permits, you can enjoy a private terrace to relax or have your meals. There is a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, a washing machine and a dryer (on request). Towels and bed linen are provided and included. We are close to large companies and the Red Cross. There are restaurants within a 10-minute walk, a brewery (in an atypical environment), several supermarkets and a bakery 100 metres away. For an extra charge, if you wish: Breakfast at 7 euros per person per night including a squeezed orange, a yoghurt, a hot drink, fresh bread with butter and jam and 1 pastry per person.
