With my husband Quentin, we bought Domaine des Petites Vaines five years ago. We were looking for another life.... A healthier, softer and more preserved life....but above all with more nature and sunshine! With our three children, we left Lyon and our work - as journalist for me - to settle in the Luberon. When visiting, the idea of creating cottages was born: the space and configuration of the house were ideal. After two years of renovation, and a daily involvement (painting, floors, decoration), the Domaine has finally opened (since October 2018). We have imagined Domaine des Petites Vaines as a family-friendly, warm and stylish place in the heart of an exceptional natural site, classified Natura 2000 (the ochre forest next to the property is classified Natura 2000, pairs of Bonelli eagles nest there).

The 3 cottages of Domaine Les Petites Vaines are newly renovated and have a design and cosy decoration. They are equipped with a kitchen, a private terrace, and you have access to the swimming pool and the 2 hectares park where our two sheep graze. In Goult, in our village, the grocery store, the bakery, the butcher's shop, the cheese shop, the tobacco shop, the press are open. Five restaurants : La Gaudina Luberon, La Terrasse, Ca'mia, la Bartavelle and le Carillon (it's better to book in advance). There is also a corner with pizzas to pick up and take away in the middle of the village. In the cottages, you will find tea bags, coffee capsules, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, shower gel, shampoo... Also at your disposal: an organic vegetable garden, a children's playground with a table tennis table and 2 electric mountain bikes. Located in the heart of the golden triangle of the Luberon, between Gordes, Roussillon and Lacoste, the Domaine des Petites Vaines is an excellent starting point for many visits and activities: the ochre path of Roussillon, the local produce markets of Bonnieux, the antiques of Isle sur la Sorgue, the castle of the Marquis de Sade in Lacoste o...

Domaine des Petites Vaines is an excellent starting point for many walks in the cliffs and ochre paths that border our garden but also for exploring the region. From Goult, you can visit the ochre path of Roussillon (4km), the castle of Gordes (6km) and its classified village, the abbey of Sénanque, the castle of the Marquis de Sade in Lacoste, the medieval village of Oppède-le-vieux, the House of Truffle and Wine in Ménerbes.
