You will love our apartment! Recently renovated and re-decorated, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a neighborhood of choice in Paris, close to the Eiffel Tower. It was redone in October 2018. In the 40m2 of the apartment, you will have at your disposal a bright living room/kitchen/dining room, an independent bedroom and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook like on your own place: fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, pots, pans and everything else you may need. The dining table for 4 will be perfect for taking your meals at the apartment. The living room sofa converts into a double bed (160cm) and allows two people to sleep comfortably in the living room. The curtains are quite blackout. The bedroom is also, like the living room, quiet and bright, equipped with a double bed (160 cm) very comfortable. The blackout curtains will allow you to sleep in the dark. In the bedroom you will find storage space for your belongings. Clean bed linen for one or two beds (depending on your needs) and one towel per person will be provided. The bathroom is modern. The toilets are integrated in the bathroom as well as the washing machine. The walk-in shower will allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation. In the bathroom you will find all the necessary for a pleasant toilet (hair dryer ...). An iron is at your disposal. All rooms are connected to the wifi network.

The apartment is very well located: You have many connections all around to go anywhere: metro, bus ... and especially everything is within reach. The Grenelle market will welcome you every Wednesday and Sunday from 7am to 2:30pm. You can find local and fresh products in a privileged setting. In the house you will find explanatory maps of the neighborhood with good addresses: Supermarkets (monoprix a few steps away), bakeries, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, transportation (Dupleix metro)... With an advantageous location, discover this prestigious Parisian district and its architecture. Close to the Eiffel Tower, taste for example the local products of the Grenelle market and take advantage of the good weather to have a picnic on the Champ de Mars! Near the apartment are metro stations Dupleix (line 6), La Motte-Piquet-Grenelle (lines 6, 8 and 10).
