Accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with a fairly steep staircase This includes three rooms with a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. With the addition of a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The main room is carefully furnished to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. The sofa bed is equipped with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. There is also a flat screen TV for entertainment, as well as a dining table and chairs for meals. The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including hotplates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided to facilitate meal preparation and consumption. As well as a space with a washing machine and a dryer The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed, soft linens and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. Storage space is also available to store guests' clothing and personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a WC The apartment is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to allow guests to stay connected during their stay. In short, this apartment with a sofa bed and a 140x190 bed is the ideal place for travelers looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for their stay. Following several inconveniences, we do not provide bath towels or hygiene products but we offer them for sale

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the attic. Parking is possible and free around and close to the building in case there is no space, we have a private parking space 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It is close to many restaurants, bars and shops. You can easily explore the city on foot (15min), but there are also buses nearby if you prefer public transport. The accommodation we offer you is located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Saint-brieuc. 20 min walk from the sncf station. It is served by public transport. Nearby a supermarket accessible on foot and a giant casino 5 minutes by car
