In the commune of Amorots-Succos, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 200 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden! First floor - 45 m² living room, dining area, 13 m² terrace access, double sofa bed, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed with wardrobe - Bedroom 2: double bed with wardrobe - Bathroom with bath and shower - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 3: double bed - Sleeping area: with 2 double sofa beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, iron. Exterior: - An unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence, curtain cover, open from June 1 to September 30 (weather permitting), with sun loungers - 300 m² private enclosed garden with furniture - A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs by the pool to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. - A flat on the top floor of the house is occupied by a year-round tenant (independent access). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

It's an ideal place for those who love discovery, and you'll have the chance to explore the local paths on foot or by bike, using the many hiking trails in the canton or the mountains of the Basque Country, just a few minutes away by car. If you'd like to explore the region, take a 1-hour drive along the coast to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches, where surfing and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand!
