Let yourself be charmed by this magnificent 14th century residence, Lovers of old buildings, exposed stones, tranquility in the countryside, you will be delighted by staying in Charente maritime, in our gîte located inside the old seigneury of La Folatiere. In a garden fully enclosed and planted with submerged pool-beach, private parking, this bright comfortable cottage is located in a quiet location near various tourist and historical sites.
The hamlet of La Folatière is located in the town of Antezant la Chapelle, 6 kilometers from the A 10 motorway exit at St Jean d'Angely. In a fully enclosed garden with trees and swimming pool - private submerged beach 10 m by 4 m. A private car park, this bright, independent 120 m2 comfortable gîte is made up of a ground floor and an upper floor. The lodge is open all year round. All bed linen and towels are provided. All you have to do is put down your suitcases. Bed made on arrival. Note: cleaning costs are not included in the price of your reservation. If you do not want to do the cleaning before leaving, we offer a cleaning fee to be paid on site depending on the length of your stay. Pets are not accepted.
