PEYMEINADE COTE D'AZUR dans un cadre exceptionnel de verdure, joli gîte 2/3 pièces de 46 m² climatisation réversible pour 4 personnes maximum, BOX Internet wifi SFR, en rez-de-jardin d’une villa provençale de caractère en pierres, piscine de 4 m x 10 m chauffée entre mai et septembre et suivant conditions climatiques afin d'optimiser votre confort et dans un esprit écologique, avec banc dans le petit bassin idéal pour les enfants, large plage de 150 m² transats et parasols à disposition. Deux places de parking privées dans notre impasse. Situé dans l’arrière pays Grassois au nord de Cannes entre mer et montagne près du Lac de St Cassien (Var) dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, idéal pour des vacances reposantes, gîte bien ensoleillé et lumineux donnant sur une terrasse et jardin privatif arboré de 300 m² complètement indépendant exposition Sud-Ouest avec barbecue maçonné sans vis-à-vis. Nombreuses activités aux alentours : mer, montagne, forêt, golf, équitation, plage, lac de Saint-Cassien, randonnée, villages provençaux, casino, cinéma, festival, Marineland à Antibes, parcs de loisirs, canoying, accrobranche, ….. Nos amis les bêtes ne sont malheureusement plus acceptés.

Toujours à votre écoute lors de votre arrivée avec le plaisir de vous recevoir et tout au long de votre séjour Christine et Jacques très discrets vous laissent profiter pleinement de la piscine de 9 H à 19 H et votre espace extérieur. Un petit coin de paradis dans un quartier résidentiel et calme dans un havre de paix pour des vacances reposantes entre mer et montagne idéalement situé pour visiter notre belle région. Non loin du lac de Saint Cassien, de nombreuses ballades et la découverte des jolis villages accrochés à la montagne. Pour les amateurs de cyclisme ou VTT de magnifiques parcours au départ de Peymeinade. Visite de Grasse Capitale mondiale des parfums, ses parfumeries musées ...
