Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition. ## The neighborhood Municipality of more than 17,000 inhabitants, Mauguio takes place in Occitanie, in the department of Hérault. It is located on the outskirts of Montpellier, on the banks of the Etang de l'Or, on the edge of Aigues-Mortes. Its seaside resort, Carnon, offers a beautiful maritime facade on the Mediterranean Sea.
