Chaotic reception when we arrived.
Chaotic reception when we arrived. We were told to phone a mobile number which resulted in meeting a man at the caravan with a hand held credit card machine. The entrance gates which were number plate recognition allowed at least three cars through so on site security was nil. The roads on the site were in poor repair and the staff were always the quickest without regard for pedestrians. Beach area terrible. Bar obviously had not been opened for some time and the decking was rotten and dangerous. The on site restaurant was only open for part of the first week. The staff were not trained and it was not unusual to wait over an hour for one of the dishes. No entertainment at the open air theatre and the bar closed at lunchtime. All in all a forgettable experience. We had to pay for WIFI and had to travel to Mimizan to eat. Please don't go there you will not be happy. AND how come outsiders where being let in at the weekends to use the pools?

We waited over 1hr for our food even though the restaurant was empty when the food came it was over cooked and cold.We explaned this to the staff to no avail just a shurg of the shoulders.Would not go back
