The Notre Chez Vous concierge service offers you the opportunity to stay at the Villa Maignan, right in the heart of downtown Le Mans. The Villa Maignan can accommodate 15 people and comprises a first floor with a dining room, living room, gym and kitchen opening onto the garden. The 3 upper floors make up the sleeping area: 6 bedrooms, including two master suites, and a dormitory with 3 single beds. Bed linen and Wifi included Breakfast delivery available

A residential neighborhood in the heart of Le Mans, you can walk to everything in the city center, and use the nearby tramway to get to the train station, the 24-hour race circuit or the university/hospital. The location is ideal for leaving the car behind and enjoying our beautiful city of Le Mans. Street parking is free, but being right in the center of town, it can be difficult to find a space. You'll find several paying parking lots: Comtes du Maine, Jacobin, République. There's also a small free parking lot 10 minutes' walk away in Place Gustave Langevin or along Place des Jacobin. All surrounding streets are free. The tramway is a 10-minute walk from Place des Comtes du Maine. The house is a 15-minute streetcar ride from the train station, and a 25-minute walk.
