Charming duplex of 73 m2 with south-west facing balcony overlooking the Aravis range. Large living room including an American kitchen, a dining room and a living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed facing the rear of the building ensuring absolute calm, a single bed on the mezzanine and a second bathroom. The equipment is complete: dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, ironing board and steam iron, oven and microwave, TV, DVD player, Internet connection, plancha, raclette and fondue, Nespresso coffee machine ( capsules) and French press (filter coffee), vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cot and baby chair. Ideally located: Direct access to the slopes of the Bettex - Mont d'Arbois - Megève ski area by the free shuttle at the bottom of the building, 300m from the TMB station (Mont Blanc tramway), vintage cogwheel train for skiing in Les Houches , hike, or even start the ascent of Mont Blanc. The thermal baths are a 5-minute drive away and are also accessible by the free shuttle or the TMB. Saint Gervais les Bains is a charming picturesque village with neat architecture which offers many activities in winter and summer: Hiking, climbing, swi...
City or Mountain? Both are better! In the heart of Saint Gervais les Bains and close to all amenities. Located between the Mont Blanc Tramway station and the Bettex cable car, both within walking distance. We love the city and mountain side of Saint Gervais les Bains and have fallen in love with this dynamic village, with neat architecture and alive all year round.
