Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in the heart of Saint-Malo intramuros, this 30 m² flat which is located on the 2ᵉ floor of a small condominium. It will offer you all the comfort you need for a good stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a bed nestled in a fireplace and a shower room with WC. The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living room with sofa, TV and dining table - A fully-equipped kitchen - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) opening onto a small balcony with furniture - A shower room with WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi available - TV signal on terrestrial antenna is unstable - The apartment is not configured to accommodate disabled people in the strict sense of the law, but being easily accessible, the degree of disability could possibly allow its use. - Free WiFi available - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes or taking out the trash. A supplement of 30e will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you. - On the same floor, a second apartment can be added with a separate bedroom and sofa bed (see the Dinanais advert for more information). To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the station, a 30-minute walk from the apartment or 5 minutes by car from the bus stop closest to the Keycafé “Sécurité Sociale”, lines 2 and 8. - a physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys.

Nearby amenities Bon-Secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where you'll find Chateaubriand's tomb. All shops are within easy walking distance of the flat. Visit La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts. From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town. Food On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find great local produce: butters and cheeses from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is available on all Intra Muros streets and in the parking lots around Intra Muros. - St Malo Intra Muros is served by buses: lines 2/3/9 - Saint Malo train station: 2km (30m walk) or bus line 2 - Dinard airport: 25min by car - London in 50 minutes - Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St Jacques - Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal 5 minutes' walk away.
