Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, armchairs and TV. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, drying rack. Outside: - A shared, unheated swimming pool, secured by a fence and open from 1 July to 15 September. - An 18 m² east-facing covered terrace with sitting area and dining area. Other remarks : - You must fill in the welcome form, specifying your arrival and departure times, and whether or not you need the extra bed (sofa locked and can be opened on request, with a code). - Bed linen and towels included. - Baby cot available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
