Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Saint-Malo, a small cocoon that exudes a warm and exotic atmosphere located in one of the oldest buildings in the old Intra-Muros town. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), with a surface area of 32 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it consists of a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A sitting area with sofa bed and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, etc. Other remarks: - This apartment is equipped with wifi connection. - It is not possible to use the fireplace. It is for decorative purposes only. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - Access to the 3rd floor is via a steep, narrow period staircase. - Low water pressure in the shower. - Cleaning is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Area and activities : - La plage de bon secours, porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach, at low tide you can go to the island of Grand bé where the tomb of Chateaubriand is located. - All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat. - The town museum in one of the town's dungeons, with a panoramic view of Saint-Malo. - The Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office located at Porte St-Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside, or with the little train for a commented historical tour of the city. - Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is home to some great local produce: butter and cheese from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables in all 4 seasons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as a number of restaurants, including Breizh café, Cambusier, and L'Absinthe down the road.
