Welcome to the Duplex, a true urban haven of peace! Enjoy stylish apartment, close to all the amenities you could need. Whether for a business trip, a weekend or a vacation, the Duplex will meet all your expectations. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people: - Ground floor: Living room with living room and equipped kitchen - Floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and WC The +: Free parking 50m away, fiber internet connection, smart TV... The Duplex of approximately 50m2 is completely renovated and combines modernity, comfort and old-world charm (stone, wooden beams, etc.). It offers a very contemporary interior with various amenities. Each piece is designed to provide optimal comfort: -> The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching a movie or reading a book. -> The open kitchen is well equipped, perfect for preparing delicious meals -> The bathroom with WC has a modern shower with rain effect for relaxing -> A large bedroom with comfortable double bed, ergonomic pillows, chest of drawers, mirror, coat hooks... which can also accommodate a travel cot -> A second, smaller bedroom which also has a comfortable double bed, ergonomic pillows, a chest of drawers, a mirror and coat hooks. You will have all the basic products available free of charge (sheets, towels, tea towels, hygiene products, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, etc.) We are very meticulous about cleaning and guarantee perfect cleanliness.
