This charming 130 m² house in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 500 metres from La Pointe de la Garde, can accommodate up to 8 people (ideally between 2 and 4 adults with children or friends). It has a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 690 m². We're waiting for you! First floor: - A living room of 16 m² with sofa, armchairs and large dining table. - An American kitchen, open to the living room, equipped - Bedroom 1 : futon bed (double). - Room 2 : futon bed (single). - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the first floor : - Living area with sofa and TV, Wifi. - Room 3: large room with two single beds, joined together to form a double bed. - Room 4 : a pull-out bed , ideally a bed for the size of the room. (ideal for children) - Room 5 : a pull-out bed - Bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet. For more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of 690 m² and a terrace of 10 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Free wifi. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Access to the front door by outside stairs. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Here, capes, islands, creeks and miles of beaches make up the landscape.
