In Saint-Nic, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 35 m² duplex apartment, redecorated in July 2023, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen,towels and wifi included, we're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows Ground floor - 15 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Upstairs (narrow staircase) - A lounge area - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and closet Outside - A 6 m² balcony with side sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Wifi and connected TV available - Pets are accepted for an extra charge of 15e/stay (only one pet per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
