This bright and spacious 90 m² apartment, 5 minutes from the station, can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Enjoy a quiet, sunny interlude in a pleasant, retro-style living room. You'll have all the modern comforts at your disposal, including a washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen and WIFI. You'll also be close to a shopping center and all amenities. The apartment is on a raised first floor, part of which opens onto the street and the other onto an inner courtyard. However, the double-glazed windows will enable you to enjoy the peace and quiet. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with 2 sofas, a large coffee table, a TV and a quality sound system. - A dining room for 4 people - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils. - Three comfortable bedrooms with the same layout: comfortable double bed with bedside table, small dressing room with hangers (large wardrobe in one bedroom). - A beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub, washbasin and mirror, heated towel rail. - Separate WC - Storage space in the hallway Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you'll be greeted by the team from Cocoonr Strasbourg, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
