Bicycle storage room shared by residents on the ground floor. Private cellar available to store sports equipment (basement level with access by stairs). Drop-off possible in front of the entrance to the building. Reserved parking space in underground public car park at the entrance to the intra-muros city (Saint-Vincent car park) with subscription card provided free of charge by the owners.
