Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Châteauroux, this 4 stars charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, end of stay cleaning included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with two 3-seater sofas, flat screen TV. - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room and desk. - Bedroom 2: two single beds, dressing room. - A shower room with shower and two basins and towel dryer. - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Other remarks: - If you need to secure your bicycles (and bicycle rack) or roof box during your stay, we can provide you with a closed garage at the foot of your flat. You just have to specify it at the time of your reservation. - Sheets and towels are included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price of your reservation. - Free Wifi available (optical fibre). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. The flat is ideally located in Châteauroux, in a very pleasant environment close to the city centre. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars/tobacco shops, market, pharmacy... Activities : - Visits to the Château Raoult at 11 minutes walk. - Belle Isle Park is a 30 minute walk away, with many sporting activities. - A large aquatic centre Balsaneo awaits you with its outdoor and indoor pools and spa 10 minutes walk away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building for free in front of the garage door (numbered space 153 on the pavement). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - The Châteauroux Métropole buses are free. There is a bus stop 20 metres from the flat: Anatole France stop served by lines 2 and 8. - Nearest train station: Châteauroux train station located 1.7 km away (about 21 minutes on foot) - Nearest airport: Châteauroux Centre airport at 9.6 km (about 13 minutes by car)
