This semi-detached holiday home is close to everything: golf course, tennis court, communal heated swimming pool (free access from 1 June to 15 September thanks to the wristbands provided in the accommodation), shops. It's the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends! The two-storey house has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room: microwave, kettle, pod coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. The living room has a table and 5 chairs, as well as two sofa beds (one double and one single). On the other side, you have access to the terrace with garden furniture, which faces the communal heated swimming pool. Separate WC. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (140cm), chest of drawers and bathroom with bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail. One parking space is reserved for you in the outside car park. A residential area with a parking space. ## Ratings Cleaning costs are not included. On your arrival, you will have to give a "cleaning" deposit to the concierge by check. When you leave, if the accommodation is clean, this deposit will be returned to you immediately. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, the deposit will be kept to pay for the intervention of a cleaning team. However, for more comfort, you have the possibility of taking the cleaning package directly from our team before your stay.
