Ideally located, this 1930's Art Deco house is only a 10-min walk from the the Drome river and the medieval town of Crest, with its picturesque markets and grand Donjon Castle. At the same time, the house offers you plenty of tranquility and privacy, being located in the semi-rural outskirts of Crest and surrounded by its 1.5 hectares of garden, lawns and magnificent old trees. Spacious and bright, the house of the Pics Verts offers you the comfort of its 4 bedrooms, its convivial kitchen and spacious dining / living room opening onto a large back terrace with plenty of tables and chairs for dining, or simply lounging around the romantic pond with its fountain and goldfish. There is a gas BBQ table as well as a classic round charcoal one. Right off the kitchen door, under the outstretched limbs of 2 ancient Linden trees, you will find another outdoor dining/lounge area with a long, lighted table and various places to sit under the shaded protection of the trees. Around the house there is plenty of outdoor space and open terrain for both kids and adults to enjoy various outdoor activities, such as badminton, table tennis, jeu de boules, bowls, football or whatever, with equipment on site for our guests.
