In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, a village less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer you this charming 130 m² contemporary house with private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A bright 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, opening onto the terrace. - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, wine cabinets... - Bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower for rinsing beach and fishing gear - Separate WC First floor: - Relaxation area with armchair and coffee table - Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and study area - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - One bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps two adults) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The apartment can be rented with a duplex for added peace and quiet. Ideal for families - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative. When renting household linen, travelers are asked to reserve at least one week in advance. - Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - The laundry room is shared with the inhabitants of the adjoining duplex if rented. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged. - The apartment is semi-detached with a duplex which can accommodate 4 people. The two apartments can be rented together. - No partying in the accommodation.

Exterior: - A private, heated 8x4 swimming pool, available from May to the end of September. It is secured by an electric curtain and an alarm in compliance with current standards (NF P 90-307-1:2009). A liability waiver for rental with swimming pool must be signed on site. - A beautiful 700 m² garden with parking on the north-east side and a large south-west-facing terrace surrounding the pool, with dining area for 8 under a pergola, bar and high chair next to the pool and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and quiet residential area. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market around 5 minutes away by car.
