Come and stay in this pretty, completely new house, located 800 meters from the center of Jullouville and 350 meters from the beach, in a new housing estate. The house is made up on the ground floor, of an entrance with a shower room and toilet, a mezzanine overlooking the entrance with a single bed, a large living room with a corner living room/TV, a dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area, a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom with WC.
