Passive and ecological house of 140m2 which remains very cool in summer, decorated in an industrial loft spirit, in the Gers countryside offering a panoramic view of nature and the Pyrenees. ©NETFLIX, wifi, private salt pool, covered terraces and solarium. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms for 6 people. A haven of peace and modern comfort 15 km from Lectoure, Fleurance and Condom. Our ecological house is built in monobrics and natural insulation, it has solar hot water and the evacuation of gray water is managed in phytopurification. The swimming pool, private and entirely reserved for our tenants, is an 8m x 4m salt pool, monitored by an alarm. A 2nd terrace with solarium, deckchairs, sunbeds, garden furniture as well as a space dedicated to the barbecue is available at the edge of the swimming pool. The place favored by all for aperitifs with the setting sun in the background. The house, the swimming pool and the land of 2000m2 are at your disposal in exclusive enjoyment. We live on site, in a corner of the land in a pretty little wooden studio. We work on the property as professional hairdressers. The "coiffure en roulotte" hosts the women's salon and another salon, "saloon" spirit with a 1930 ©AIRSTREAM caravan hosts the Barber shop for these gentlemen. The 2 hairdesser salons are located on the land behind your house, not overlooked for you. We will be happy to leave you a small place in our schedule if you wish to benefit from a haircut or a treatment during your stay on site. We can also come and take a quick dip in the pool from time to time if it is very hot, and then leave you alone. We will take the opportunity to check the water and clean the pool. We are a couple, we are discreet and above all we work every day. We also have a Mainkoun cat who loves visitors and may come to visit from time to time. For this reason, no other animals are allowed on site.
Our house is located in the town of Blaziert. Rural town of Gers, without trade. The first amenities are 4kms away in Caussens where you will find bread, tobacco, grocery store and bar. For the rest, you have the choice because our house is equidistant from Lectoure, Fleurance and Condom. 3 very touristy towns in the north of the Gers around which many activities are organised. Outdoors: Tree climbing, paintball, boat trips on the Baïse, Larressingle medieval camp, canoes in Beaucaire... Visits: Flaran Abbey, Brocanteur Village, Larressingle, Lectoure, Condom, Fleurance Gastronomic and oenological tourism: farm inns, buffala farm with mozzarella production, goat farms, foie gras farms, wine and Armagnacs estate In July and August: producers' night markets, village festivals, pétanque competitions, Jazz in Marciac Festival, Tempo Latino Festival, outdoor theater plays with the Cie La Boite à Jouer... The lake below the house is a private lake belonging to our neighbor. Swimming is not allowed there but we have the authorization to fish there (bring your fishing equipment)
