This 130 square metre property in the popular old fishing village of Trentemoult (Rezé) is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will also have access to its new 30m2 outbuilding (2 rooms: bedroom and bathroom + living room and small kitchen) located in the garden of the property. The house has a terrace and can accommodate up to 8 people (including the outbuilding). All amenities are nearby. You will particularly appreciate its practicality and pool house.
