Stay close to the city's points of interest in this cosy, comfortable flat in a secure residence. Just a 10-minute walk from Part-Dieu station, this apartment has a balcony to make you feel at home, in a secure residence. Close to all amenities (Part Dieu station, Metro, Tram, Bus). This 38m² T2 flat comprises a large bedroom with a 160*200 bed. The living room includes a 160*200 sofa bed, a high dining table with 4 chairs and a wall-mounted television, and its pleasant balcony with a breathtaking view of the Sacré Coeur church. There is also a large bathroom with bath and washing machine for your convenience. There is also a secure garage space in the basement of the building. We can provide you with emergency supplies (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, Nespresso, oven, microwave, etc.). Bed linen and towels are included. You'll find a guide in the flat with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, notices, recommended restaurants, etc.). Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm using a lock connected directly to the flat door. Check-out is from 11am maximum. ** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm possible for 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linen used. As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbours are forbidden in our flat. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the flat. Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)
