## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment except two closets closed by padlocks for personal belongings of the owner. ## Guest interaction I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions. The check-in is between 15 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in. I also offer private concierge services on request, such as Shuttle services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.

The new complex now hosts an open-air nightclub, a cabaret club execptionel with refined decoration, a sailing school, stands for paddle rentals, pedalo, windsurfing ... as well as many local shops . "it's like the feeling of being in another city of cannes," you will reach the city center in 15 min walk along the beaches, hotels of the croisette. an essential walk not to be missed. All the shops are in the immediate vicinity: - Around the " Place de l'etang" FIsh renowned restaurant like "Fred l'écailler", italian restaurant and many others. beach shops, ready-to-wear, bars, cafes, etc. -Local fresh market : 50 meters -Supermarket Casino 150 meters away. -Croisette: luxury shops, palaces, seaside, beaches, restaurants, artisanal Italian ice-cream parlors, snack kiosks, souvenir kiosks, cafés, etc. ## Getting around Cannes SNCF train station is 10 mintue by car from the apartment. Bus stops are near the apartment, just 30 meters helps you to move in the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes / Croisette).
