This is a very clean (spotless!), spacious and very tastefully decorated three bedroom apartment, about a twenty minute walk from the centre of Alencon, with secure on site parking. It is approximately a 7 minute walk from the railway station and from a large Carrefour supermarket. Our host, Jean-Marc was there to help us into the parking and the apartment, and also to give us a briefing on the usage of gas, electricity and entertainment equipment. He has thought of everything his guests could need - local maps, information on local attractions, and the most comprehensive set of visitor information I have ever seen (in 4 languages). There are hot beverages, soft drinks, condiments, sweets, notepads and spare batteries too. The furniture is lovely, porcelain is clean and tasteful, with a comprehensive set of kitchen utensils and equipment. 100% recommended.
