Charming studio of 25m2, brand new, located on the ground floor of a very quiet villa in Peypin with south terrace, swimming pool, garden and north terrace. It has a bed in 160 for 2 people and is fully equipped with all comfort. SPACES - A main room living room/kitchen/dining room opening onto the north terrace and south garden, with television, table for 2 people, a Queen Size bed (160cm) for 2 people. - A bathroom with washbasin and shower - A terrace with a north-facing flowered garden, with a dining area (a space appreciated in summer for its freshness). - A large south-facing terrace with table, chairs, swimming pool and deckchairs - Several green spaces are also available All areas are private, except for the outdoor areas and the swimming pool where you can meet the owners. They are nevertheless committed to letting you enjoy them in complete peace of mind. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and that children are the responsibility of their parents. The pool is 9m long and 5m wide. The minimum depth is 1m and the maximum is 2m30. It is an unheated chlorine pool. No pool towels provided.
