This accommodation is managed by a local estate agency and marketed by maeva, a specialist in seasonal rentals for over 20 years. As soon as you arrive on site, the local agency will welcome you, give you the keys and will remain your privileged and dedicated contact throughout your stay. Accommodation: Waterfront apartment T2 on the ground floor, boulevard Martinique, facing the marina and with a view of the Canigou. The apartment is functional and has a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with cupboard, a bathroom with WC. The main room opens onto a large terrace with a view of the Port. Optional air conditioning: EUR50 per week Situation : This apartment is located on Bd Martinique and has an exceptional view of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake. A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outside, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting. To park, you will have a private space in the large car park located behind the residence. As part of your rental, you will have: an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a water play area for the little ones.
