Il est situé boulevard PALMYRA, à Coudalère et vous propose, non seulement une vue sur le petit port de Plaisance mais également,une vue sur l'étang de Salses-Leucate et sur les CorbIères grâce à deux belles terrasses. L'appartement comprend une cuisine bien équipée attenante au salon/séjour et le séjour donne sur une belle terrasse. 2 chambres et une salle d'eau avec wc complètent le tout. L'une des deux chambres est munie d'un plafonnier ventilateur. En outre, vous disposerez de : Un espace aquatique doté de 2 bassins, un bassin de nage de 25m, un bassin de 15m où vous pourrez pratiquer l'aquagym et l'aqua-bike pendant la saison estivale et pour finir une plaine de jeux pour les plus petits. La piscine est ouverte d'avril à octobre , elle est gratuite pour tous nos locataires sur présentation d'un bracelet que l'on vous remet à votre arrivée.
