Well traveled and international, Davide is very happy to meet new people and welcome them in Paris. The goal is that you enjoy your stay. ah! the host also has some nice addresses :)

Property information

The apartment is a big apartment with the view of the Eiffel Tower. The area is very safe and central, in 5 minutes walking you can be at the Eiffel Tower or the Arch du Triomphe/Champs Elysees. The apartment is furnished, and the owner lives in one of the rooms. Please be aware of this restriction: check in after 9pm there is an additional fee of 20EUR (which becomes 50EUR after 10pm, and then there is no more check in after 12 midnight), and the guest can enter the following morning. Please also be aware that there is no elevator, and the room is at the 6th floor.

Neighbourhood information

This is the fanciest neighborhood in Paris. super safe, great restaurants, bars, bakeries and sweets shops. it's hard to get a better area.
