The apartment is a big apartment with the view of the Eiffel Tower.
The area is very safe and central, in 5 minutes walking you can be at the Eiffel Tower or the Arch du Triomphe/Champs Elysees.
The apartment is furnished, and the owner lives in one of the rooms.
Please be aware of this restriction: check in after 9pm there is an additional fee of 20EUR (which becomes 50EUR after 10pm, and then there is no more check in after 12 midnight), and the guest can enter the following morning.
Please also be aware that there is no elevator, and the room is at the 6th floor.
