A 120 m2 flat with elevator, it's cosy, spacious and modern. Five bedrooms, a living room with sofa, a dinning room with a dinning table, one bathroom and two WCs, a seperate kitchen. It's located in the 16th district, very safe district in Paris, the Trocadéro(one of the best view for Effiel Tower) is within 1km, arc de triomphe is within 1.5 km! "Trocadéro" subway station (line 6 and line 9) and "Victor Hugo" subway station(line 2) is just around the flat. Hope see you soon in PARIS!

16th district is famous for safety and wealth, located in the south west of Paris. The neighborhood is posh and safe. You could walk to the Trocadéro within 1km, arc de triomphe is within 1.5 km. You could also take the subway to Palais de Tokyo, Roland Garros, champs elysees, opera and other tourist spots very easily.
