Almost everything met my expectations. The receptionists were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well, the breakfast was good. When I arrived they gave me in a room that smelled like someone had been smoking in there - I brought it to their attention and they were happy to change my room to one that did not have that smell (all rooms in this hotel were supposed to be smoking-free, however).

Staff were lovely; always a smile and happy to help. Travelled for a conference and location is very convenient: Very close to the convention centre. Beautiful walk in the morning, through a garden and crossing the bridge. Nice breakfast and comfortable. Although is not necessarily very close to the city centre Lyon has amazing public transport and is within a walking distance. On my last night had n issue with the blow dryer in the room and was swiftly moved into another room with no problem.

We were visiting family very close by so it was very convenient. We found the apartment very trendy 😊. The hosts had thought of absolutely everything that you could possibly need – a true home from home experience. We were only staying for 1 night so didn’t make the most of everything on offer, but thank you for the lovely stay. Parking right outside was a bonus, even though it is near a road it didn’t disturb us at all. We had travelled a long way from the north of England over night and had a really good and comfortable sleep, I fresh smelling laundry which was hugely beneficial for our onward journey the next day.

The location was marvelous. A splendid view over the town and the Rhone valley. A lovely and truly French apartment under the roof, right on top of one of the hills of Lyon. The apartment is in a tiny little, hardly used street, and the area is rather difficult to access by cars, so there is hardly any traffic. In other words, it's very quiet. Still, it's possible to get there by car, and there is parking space available, too.
