## The space Located on a high floor, you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea, the hills of Estérel and Port Canto. Fully air-conditioned,  this quality property will seduce you with its generous volumes and its decoration. It consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower, a pleasant living room, an open fitted kitchen and a lovely south-facing terrace. Located on the Croisette and 2 minutes walk from the beaches, this apartment will enchant you with its services and its magnificent view. It can accommodate up to 4 people.  This property is ideal for business and leisure rental ## Other things to note - The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed. - Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets. - Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside. - Please be careful with the keys of the apartment. In case of loss we will have to change the lock.
