(A copy of the ID is required) ⚠️ In order to book the accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years and has to be present throughout the entire rental period. ⚠️ Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, the maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected. 🚭 Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation/balcony and in the common areas, a fee of 250 EUR will be charged on your security deposit in case of tobacco smell or other. 🚫 It is forbidden to organise parties/events in the accommodation for your own account and/or that of a third party, a penalty of 500 EUR will be withheld from your security deposit. 🚫 It is forbidden to make any noise that might disturb the neighbourhood between 10pm and 8am. 🚫 Pets are not allowed. ❗️Please note that a penalty fee of 500 EUR may be charged from your security deposit in case of lack of cleanliness, in particular if the accommodation is not left in proper condition at departure: trash must be taken out and deposited in the household waste bins, the refrigerator must be emptied, the dishes must be washed and put away, appliances must be returned clean. The accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Disneyland Paris and the Val d'Europe shopping centre. If you don't have a car, don't panic! There is a bus stop close to the building, with buses 25 and 29 taking you to Torcy RER A station in 7/8 minutes.
