Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM until 6:30 PM. The reception is closed on Sunday during the low seasons.

Guests planning to arrive outside these hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet, per night per apartment applies. We acept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg.

To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
