In the commune of Osserain-Rivareyte, we offer this charming 180 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 95 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 95 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - A shower room with WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3&4&5: two single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A shared (unheated) 12 x 6m swimming pool, open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate and alarm. - A 40 m² private garden with terrace, barbecue, plancha and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A beautiful 2,500 m² shared garden Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. - The fireplace is working, wood is extra (60e/m³). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
