This superb property is located in Léon, near the shops and the lake, starting point by boat to visit the magnificent nature reserve of Courant d'Huchet. The beach of Moliets is close, accessible by the bike path. The house is spacious with modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a large covered terrace.... the heated swimming pool, 10x5m, lined with vegetation will delight everyone. The garden is huge where trees, flowers and olive trees mingle.
HOME side, -This superb villa with Landes architecture has an area of 160m2. -Large living room of 55m2 with separate kitchen, dining room, living room with stove and television. -The kitchen is modern, designed with quality materials. At your disposal: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker...the next room is a storeroom with washing machine. -5 bedrooms: *a master suite on the ground floor whose bathroom is easily accessible to all (independent door) bed 160x200, dressing room, large window overlooking the garden. *Upstairs, a double bedroom 140 , large balcony, closets. *one double bed room 160 (possibility to have 2 single beds 80 instead of bed 160) *and 6 single beds distributed in 2 other bedrooms (2 bunk beds, a trundle bed with sliding bed, 2 single beds) -a bathroom on the ground floor with bath, shower and toilet. -a bathroom, upstairs, with shower. -3 toilets -A large covered terrace borders the house, with dining area for 12 people ( 2 outdoor tables available to bring together, a table 8 pers, a table 4/6 pers). GARDEN side, The garden is huge: 2500m2! What to delight lovers of spaces and nature! In addition, a beautiful closed pool area, secured by barriers, with olive trees. The pool is 10m by 5 with heating system and has a large staircase, temperate pool from mid-April or late April according to reservations. In front of the main terrace is the pool house with a barbecue area. LEISURE At your disposal, -Television, wifi -Ping pong table -ball, badminton rackets...

SURROUNDINGS INFORMATIONS Leon and Moliets and Maa, lively seaside resorts and "nature" thanks to their magnificent nature reserve "Courant d'Huchet". It is on foot or in a boat (accompanied by boatmen) that you will let yourself be guided. Once there, in the heart of the vegetation, you will understand why this nature reserve is nicknamed «the Landes Amazon» and will feel this impression from the end of the world.
