Our main passion is our alpacas. The first thing we will do on your arrival is offer you the chance to meet the girls over the fence, and give you a bag of alpaca treats so you can get to know them during your stay. We love meeting new people and are happy to have a drink and a chat with you. We are also mindful that some people just want to relax in private and are happy to just leave you to it if you prefer. It's your holiday after all.

Nestled opposite Chateau de Sanzay and within our little alpaca farm is this charming and private one bedroom gite with its own chateau view from the kitchen and terrace. Perfectly situated to explore the best that Deux-Sevres and Loire, we have so many attractions within a 5-45 minutes drive of the farm, such as; The great historical themed theme park Puy du Fou, the popular multimedia theme park Futoroscope, the beauitiful Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, incredible zoo Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine (where you can hand feed giraffes!), the wine vinyards and cremant houses of Anjou and Loire, family fun park Parc de la Vallees with lots to do and rarely any of the usual queuing! Also dozens of historical and magnificent chateaux around, whilst being set in the heart of the countryside. Immerse yourself in the French culture with boulangeries, restaurants and more. On top of that, you're staying on a wonderful alpaca farm where you can discover these wonderfully calm and intriguing animals. Do not miss booking an experience with the animals during your stay, it's a must-do! Newly renovated, we have kept the rustic feel with exposed beams and stonework but added a modern twist with a newly fitted kitchen and shower room. Stunning views of Chateau de Sanzay and access to our beautiful herd of alpacas who you can get to know during your stay either over the fence or why not book a meet the alpacas experience, or even to give them a walk or their breakfast!

We are opposite the beautiful Chateau de Sanzay, which opens its doors to customers with plenty to offer, including a public bar in the summer. We are the perfect location for tourist attractions around - like the centre of a flower with the attractions as the petals including Parc de la vallee, puy du fou, Saumur, Loire Valley and the list goes on Nestled in the Villge of Sanzay, the gitei s set within the alpaca farm where you can interact with the herd over the fence during your stay. We are lucky enough to be both in the countryside and opposite the historical and magnificent Chateau de Sanzay which you can sit and admire while enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace. By car, we are within 30 minutes of the Loire, 5 minutes drive to the local boulangerie and 10 minutes from the town of Bressuire. Cool down and have fun at the local town outdoor pool in Argenton-Les-Vallees, or perhaps spend the day at the fantastic Parc de la Vallee, only 8 miles away. 45 minutes away from the popular Puy du Fou, 30 minuits from the Bioparc at Doué la Fontaine and a stones throw from some great vinyards with wine tasting. We also have a few picturesque local walks in the village.
