Our cosy & luxurious 3 bed pet friendly townhouse with a pool table and sunny courtyard is perfect for 5 people - 6th person incurs additional cost per stay. It's a 10 min walk from the station and a 7 min stroll to the centre of York. Paid parking just a 2 min walk from the house at 10.00 per day. - Living area: 2 sofas & an arm chair, flat screen SMART TV with Netflix, Britbox and Freeview and a book case packed with books and board games. - Kitchen and dining area: Everything you need to make proper family meals, a dining table that seats up to 6 and converts into a pool table & a laundry area with washing machine. - Master bedroom: Cozy window seats or get a great nights sleep in the king size bed. - Attic bedroom: A quiet sanctuary where you will find a double bed and a SMART TV with Netflix. - Single bedroom: A perfect room for an adult or child with plenty of storage space. - Family bathroom: A large bath with side taps plus a separate cubicle with a shower and a large sink and toilet. - Courtyard: Beautiful south-facing courtyard with a table and chairs
I am a freelance theatre producer and a stay at home mum. I love travel, going on family day trips, walking in the Yorkshire countryside, cycling, shopping, great food, fab coffee shops and cake which is why we live in York!. I am just two minutes away and on hand if you need anything and as a York local I know some great places to go and things to do if you want some local tips. We pride ourselves on being family friendly. All guests are greeted with biscuits and everything needed to make a good cuppa. Its our job to take away the stress so you can enjoy York. Thats why we provide all the things we would want if we were staying including USB charging ports in every room, cleaning equipment, store cupboard basics and a bathroom with soap, shower gel and shampoo. If you are bringing little ones we also have a high chair, cot and a variety of games and books available on request.
109 Nunnery Lane is located by York’s historic city walls. We're a 10 min walk from the station and a 7 min stroll into the centre of York with all its cultural, historic, gastronomic and shopping delights. In addition we're just off ‘Bishy Road’ that recently crowned Britain's Best High Street. It's packed with fantastic independent shops and restaurants and according to the Guardian is ‘a Goldilocks neighbourhood where everything is just right’.
