This lovely 3 bedroom fully renovated house is the perfect base for a trip to our amazing city. Whether for work or pleasure you'll find this house suits all groups. The first room off the hallway is a large king size room. Featuring a large king size bed and plenty of storage space. The next room is the large comfortable lounge with cosy dining area, the addition of a 50" smart TV means that chilling out or relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping is easy. Off the lounge area is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. up the stairs and to the top is the bathroom featuring shower over bath, sink and w.c. The next bedroom is a twin room containing 2 single beds and also plenty of storage. The last bedroom in the front room contains 3 single beds and again storage. There is a small backyard area.

Kensington is one of the closest suburbs to the city centre. Around a 10 minute walk will have you in the city centre and just a 3 minute drive. There are lots of convenience stores as well as fast food outlets in the immediate area.
